The location was convenient for exploring the
downtown area with plenty of dining options nearby. However, I found the management could be less intrusive and more understanding with guests. It overshadowed some of the positives during my stay.

Check-in confusion and discomfort
Plenty of parking and nearby essentials made it easy for us to navigate our trip, and it was close to family we were visiting.
The check-in process was frustrating, with rude staff and unnecessary fees. Our AC unit barely worked, and pillows were flimsy, making our stay uncomfortable.

Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend breather
Clean room, convenient location, with working AC during a heat wave making it an ideal choice for a quick getaway. It's just across the street from a delicious pizzeria and a Japanese udon restaurant providing great dining options.
Everything was exceptional.

We really enjoyed our stay with the kids. The park nearby offers a large lake and playgrounds perfect for them to run around. Plus, the staff at the inn was friendly, and our room was always clean when we returned from our adventures.
My kids wished for more dining options nearby.

My stay was a cozy escape! The rooms were tidy and felt safe, perfect for my wine country adventures. The nearby udon and pizza spots were a delightful bonus.
But wow, the beds were so firm I thought I was sleeping on a yoga mat! And don’t even get me started on that showerhead—talk about a stationary performance!

Overall, my wife and I had a great anniversary getaway! The remodeled showers and well-kept rooms made for a cozy stay, even without breakfast options. The staff was super friendly, too!

Clean and comfortable with a great location, but noise levels can vary. Had a rigid guest policy that complicated visits with friends. The beds felt quite hard, and some amenities like towels and shower controls were lacking. Still a reliable spot in Santa Rosa, especially for the price.

I booked this for a close friend who needed a last-minute place to stay, and they said the room was cozy and just what they hoped for. They loved the hot shower and the comfy bed, which helped them unwind after a tough situation. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊
